Shipping Policy

DiamondStudsandNothingBut.com is proud to offer FREE ground shipping on all orders to all Canadian destinations. There will be a $40 charge on all US destinations. European customers should contact us for details.

All purchases made with DiamondStudsandNothingBut.com are shipped within 7 to 10 days upon confirmation of payment.

For your security, your order will require a signature at point of delivery. If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address.

Return Policy

You may return your earrings within 15 days of receipt of your purchase. We ask that you follow these instructions in order to receive expedient service.

Upon receipt, our Quality Assurance Team will inspect each item. You will receive an e-mail notification regarding the status of your refund or exchange. If you purchased your item with a credit card, we will credit the account used. All other refunds will be done by check. Your method of payment will be credited, less our $30 restocking fee. This restocking fee will remain as a lifetime credit towards any future purchase.
